Our Commitment to Privacy:
Your privacy is not only important to us it is a foundational element of our business practices. To better protect your privacy, and in accordance with the Financial Privacy Rule of the Gramm-Leach Bliley act of 1999 (GLBA), we provide this notice explaining our information practices as well as the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage, at every point where personally identifiable informationi may be requested and wherever our service handles nonpublic personal informationii.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted through the PayLynxs service. The PayLynxs service is available as a co branded or ‘white labeled’ back end process to a financial service provider (Sponsoring Banks and related Correspondent Banks), or lastly as a direct agent to consumers from PayLynxs.
We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we receive from you, such as on applications or other forms used to open your account.
Information we receive from you about your transactions.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
Information that we receive from others involved in your transaction, such as a financial service provider.
Unless it is specifically stated otherwise in an amended Privacy Policy Statement, no additional nonpublic personal information will be collected about you.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when registering only to complete your registration and to provide services which have been requested. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary; to complete the registration process, provide services as requested, and as outlined within this privacy notice.
In order to use the PayLynxs service directly, you must first complete a registration form. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you are currently registered or have expressed interest in.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our service and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on web site or utilized certain services, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
If you apply for service requiring financial information on our site, we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, as well as nonpublic personal information, including your name, address, phone number, credit card number or bank account number. This information is necessary to process your application, complete services as requested and to contact you.
PayLynxs is the sole owner of the information collected on www.paylynxs.com and related PayLynxs services where directly available to consumers. PayLynxs collects personally identifiable information and potentially, nonpublic personal information from our users at several different points on our Web site and throughout our service (when directly provider to consumers). In accordance with GLBA PayLynxs maintains privacy notice and opt-out (contained within this Privacy Statement) for all information directly collected by PayLynxs.

PayLynxs does not maintain ownership of information submitted by financial service providers who white label the PayLynxs service, nor in some instances where co branded services are provided. In the white label scenario, the financial service provider simply submits nonpublic personal information as well as personally identifiable information to PayLynxs for processing. In accordance with GLBA the financial service provider maintains privacy notice and opt-out (contained within the financial service providers Privacy processes) for all information directly collected by the financial service provider and submitted to PayLynxs for processing. Ownership to include opt-in / opt-out remains with the submitting financial service provider.

The PayLynxs service is sold to sponsor banks that in turn brand the product and resell it as a whole sale cash management product to their correspondent banks. The correspondent banks brand the user interface to match their corporate Web site and online banking applications and offer the service to retail customers. The PayLynxs service provides the infrastructure and tools to allow each correspondent bank to incorporate their own disclaimers and privacy policy that is represented to the retail customer using the service. In this scenario, the disclaimers and privacy policies are the responsibility of each correspondent bank, and can be updated at any time. The correspondent banks are providing PayLynxs through a service provider relationship with the Sponsor bank. Even in this scenario, the PayLynxs service provides the functionality for consumers to opt out of promotional emails and provides the ability to update or unsubscribe at any time.
To assist the Sponsoring bank, correspondent bank, and ultimately the consumer, PayLynxs provides detailed reporting tools coupled with a proprietary analysis engine which can be used to review all transactions, remitters, and beneficiaries for suspicious activity. Based on the reporting and analysis, the Sponsoring and correspondent banks can block, hold or release transactions for the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other reasons.
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
