Customer Service
We are looking for people who want a diverse customer relationship management role that will involve everything from handling and resolving inbound customer calls to building long term relationships with key clients and partners. Individuals should be comfortable performing tasks related to project management, relationship management and customer service
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve inbound customer service phone calls and emails by logging, tracking and coordinating with Pay Lynxs engineering/operations team to resolve the issue and provide status reporting to the customer
- Project coordination for new customer installations
- Training and orientation for new customers
- Help identify new customer service and relationship management tools to improve the overall experience of using the Pay Lynxs service
Qualifications:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Comfortable working with online customer service Web applications and online conferencing tools (e.g. WebEx)
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
