Customers will enroll in the service using the Web site. For each new enrollment the customer will be required to enter their personal information including their citizen ID number and the method for how they will fund the payment. In all cases Pay Lynxs will perform an identification verification of the customer’s information in order to ensure that we know this customer. The customer will be required to successfully pass the verification before they will be allowed to use the service. Secondly the customer will be required to validate ownership of the funding account that is being enrolled to fund payments. In all cases Pay Lynxs will send sub dollar amounts to the customers' bank or card account and a customer will be required to enter the amounts before being allowed to send payments. After the customer enrolls they can return at any time, log in and immediately send or schedule additional payments.
