We can work with you to setup a marketing program that can be offered to the correspondent banks or other network participants using the wholesale service. Additionally we can offer consumer support services through our call center in order to provide consumers support in English or Spanish. These services can be useful to correspondent banks that do not have a presence in the United States and want to be able to offer a call center for consumers to contact in order to ask questions about the services, such as how to enroll, cost of transactions, etc. Our call center staff is trained on the application and can provide the services on a white label basis to represent the organization under which the consumer is using.
