Client Relationship Manager

PayLynxs is a software as a service (SaaS) company looking for an individual to join our customer service team to connect with our customers in a consultative capability to guide or train them to become loyal and excited users of our software product.

In this role you will act as a customer advocate to provide product/service information, answer questions, and know how to triage and help resolve immediate issues customers might be facing.  You will be expected to create a proactive plan to reach out to our customers on a regular basis to gauge their needs and listen to their feedback from using our product to advocating for upgrades and enhancements that will improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound service requests via phone and email
  • Reach out to customers to assess their needs and build relationships
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet specific out-reach targets for customer engagement
  • Identify sales leads from existing clients to share with our sales team for follow up
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and comfort using it; willingness to learn
  • Strong phone skills, online meeting experience, and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred:
  • Experience with financial services compliance related to BSA and AML
  • Worked in the front office of a bank, credit union or casino
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
